I put emphasis on the earphones and the vaseline so that they can be seen, however in my real chimera I made them to be life size.

Ideas to use with my Chimera

I came up with the idea to use the earphones and speakers as the"bobbles" on the hat, to combine both.

I also came up with the idea to use Vaseline as the nose of the face on the hat.

Each of the add extra's I have chosen to combine with the hat will be metal. This goes back to the research I've done deciding to mix the soft textures and metals.

Speakers and Earphones

I decided to incorporate Earphones and Speakers into my Chimera as I had them in my bag.  I researched different types of earphones and speakers and got images from the internet.

Textures I've Researched

Metal and Soft Textures

The idea of using a metal texture in my chimera design came from the objects I had in my bag. The metal in the bracelet gave me the idea to create an object with differnt metals combined like the bracelet and the charms.

While I was thinking to combine the metals i thought combining a few different textures could work aswell so i researched wool and bumby textures, from the hat and purse in my bag.

I then started to develope ideas using these different textures.
